Wi-Fi in rooms unreliable!!! Parking is far and expensive, especially for a 4-star hotel!!! Showers have slippery designs that could use improvements!!! Room size doesn't match expectations from photos!!!

The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was nicely decorated and well-appointed. We appreciated rooms with a beautiful view.

It was simply stunning hotel overall, everything was very good, I would give it other than 4 stars. All the staff was genuinely helpful, solved my issues...

Didn't like the staff, some of them were a bit rude.

The location was stunning and fantastic for walking around an atmospheric museum. Everything was nice, nonetheless a few employees were a little grumpy. The breakfast was satisfactory, a good choice of great food.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The roof terrace was superb.

Our junior suite was extremely dark and use of a torch to see the controls on the various plugs would have been useful. Our 'balcony' was shared with other rooms - and had very limited sun and view. Noise from the kitchen of the hotel next door (Hotel Gardesana) prevented us from using our balcony anyway. Were also kept awake by noise from people walking in hotel - presumably wearing heels. Not sure where the noise was coming from, but possibly from reception below.

The fine lake view from our Beautiful Double Room made our stay magical. Unfortunately, parking was far and expensive.

Very kind hotel staff, clean room, location of the hotel is great - near the lake, beautifull town, peace.

Everything was just it has to be!

modern and soundproof rooms with a little balcony, coffee/tea making machines and a terrace. astonishing views of the lake all around. location not far from a ferry service to the west coast as well as the restaurant on the evening.

The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the pier where we took a boat across the lake. The views are fine from our room. The golf cart service to the parking garage is a nice touch. Check out Paolo Bonomelli Boutique Olive Farm nearby for some great olive oil fun.

Fantastic setting on the most beautiful shore of Lake Garda - stunning

Quirky garage arrangements where the garage is half a mile from the hotel. A drop off system operates in a sort of golf buggy but its all a bit hit and miss and you might wait half an hour for it.

Loved my stay at Del Porto! The lake view from our room was amazing, perfect for sunsets. Breakfast options were delicious, especially the omelettes! Just a bit annoyed with the parking situation, but overall, a great experience!

It was a lovely quiet location with a balcony which had a fantastic view of the lake.It was a little bit on the expensive side but as we were travelling as a family it was not too bad. Unfortunately we only had a limited time at Lake Garda so could not take full advantage of such a beautiful place.

It is unfair that when you are paying a lot of money for a room that they then charge for wifi/internet access.
